1) Download the ringtones to your laptop harddisk as .mid files.

2) Activate infrared on your mobile.

3) Point the mobile to your laptop

4) Click the 'systray' icon on lower right corner and choose the downloaded ringtone.

5) Choose the ringtone on your mobile.
